Helping people become firmly rooted and established in a healthy connection to self and others
Linda Lewin, Master Intern
At times, life can be incredibly difficult, presenting us with moments that test our resilience, our relationships, and our ability to cope. Whether you are dealing with a long-term heartache, a recent tragedy, or the complexities of everyday struggles, reaching out for help is a testament to the hope that you have for change. In my work as a counselor, I believe that everyone needs safe spaces to process challenges and that there is hope for healing.
While I work with a variety of issues, my clinical focus is in areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, life transitions, grief and loss, spirituality/deconstruction, and burnout.
My approach is grounded in the belief that our brains and bodies are naturally inclined to move towards healing, though sometimes obstacles can get in the way. Guided in my clinical work by the understanding that relationships of belonging foster growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you in whatever life has brought your way.
