Gay Lynn McKenzie, LPCC

Sometimes life can feel like a struggle, or painful. We can feel hurt, overwhelmed, alone, or confused.  My passion is walking with people through their pain, difficulties, or confusion. I believe each person is unique and has the innate ability to heal and grow. It is my desire to respect and support that innate ability in each person to empower them to become stronger and happier versions of themselves.

I am open to working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and concerns. However, some areas of passion are depression, anxiety, trauma, and spiritual concerns. My approach is person-centered with integrated modalities including psychodynamic, Emotion-Focused, Somatic work, CBT , and others. I would be honored to work with you on your journey!
